Gstaad 3000 AG brings together several worlds in the heart of the Vaud Alps: spectacular ski lifts, inviting mountain restaurants and two hotels located in the charming village of Les Diablerets. Serving a varied clientele made up of skiers, hikers, travellers and mountain lovers, our teams, both on the ground and behind the scenes, work together to offer a quality experience in an exceptional natural setting at an altitude of 3000 metres.
Main tasks
Lead, motivate and coordinate a team of cooks.
Supervise mise en place and ensure smooth service operations.
Actively contribute to the creation and preparation of dishes.
Manage stock, equipment, and orders in collaboration with the Head Chef.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
Guarantee a neat and appealing presentation of dishes.
Your profile
Completed training in gastronomy and experience in fine dining kitchens.
Passion for working with fresh, regional products and creativity in cooking.
Precise, clean, and reliable work habits, with strong stress management skills.
Positive energy, joyful personality, and team spirit.
Languages: fluent in French and English; knowledge of German is an asset.
