A SOUS CHEF DE CUISINE

100% Temporary replacement – Fixed-term contract
The Gastronomy Department, with its four restaurants, is looking for a SOUS CHEF DE CUISINE (Temporary replacement – Fixed-term contract)

Main tasks

  • Lead, motivate and coordinate a team of cooks.

  • Supervise mise en place and ensure smooth service operations.

  • Actively contribute to the creation and preparation of dishes.

  • Manage stock, equipment, and orders in collaboration with the Head Chef.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

  • Guarantee a neat and appealing presentation of dishes.

Your profile

  • Completed training in gastronomy and experience in fine dining kitchens.

  • Passion for working with fresh, regional products and creativity in cooking.

  • Precise, clean, and reliable work habits, with strong stress management skills.

  • Positive energy, joyful personality, and team spirit.

  • Languages: fluent in French and English; knowledge of German is an asset.

  • Assist the Chef de Rang.

Your profile

  • Previous successful experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry.

  • Neat, precise, and able to work well under pressure.

  • Languages: fluent in French and English; knowledge of German is an asset.
